Delivery

 

Shipping within the United States is $20, we will ship USPS or UPS, if you would like to make other shipping arrangements please feel free to email or call and we would be happy to assist you.  However, depending on the method of delivery there may be an additional fee. Muzzie's does not ship outside the U.S. 

 

 

 

 

 

Return Policy

 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our merchandise we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  Please be sure of the color and size of the item before ordering.

 

Payment

 

We accept all forms of credit card payment.  You may either email or call us with your billing information.  As stated before shipping within the United States will be charged $15. 

 

Tax

 

A 8.25% sales tax will be charged to shipments.

 

Dress Availability

 

Availability is not guaranteed, as the prom season peaks.  If the dress you would like to purchase is out of stock or unavailable by your wear date we will contact you immediately.

Once the dress has been shipped it is no longer our responsibility.
